Like Hitchcock? Love Saul Bass’s opening title designs? Subliminally haunted by VERTIGO every single day of your existence? Then this is the only deck for you. Hardcore cinéphiles will dig the use of the court cards to trumpet the technicians as well as the stars of the film; and any card handler can appreciate the possibilities of the deck’s one-way back design. They’re a little pricey, but they handle well and for the chance to structure a trick or routine around Hitchcock, suspense, or cinema in general (if you’ve ever wanted to), it’s worth the few extra bucks.
