Bicycle Huitzilopochtli Playing Cards

In Aztec mythology, Huitzilopochtli is the deity of the sun, and war. Also known as the Turquoise Prince (Xiuhpilli), Huitzilopochtli was represented in Aztec art as either a hummingbird or an Eagle.
The Aztecs worshipped Huitzilopochtli by sacrificing human hearts and blood to ensure that the sun would rise each day. As a god of war, he was also the deity who helped the Aztecs to expand their influence and empire throughout most of modern day Mexico and Central America.
This colorful and intricately hand drawn deck honors ancient Aztec traditions by bringing their past back to the present. Makes a fantastic addition to any card collection and adds an element of interest and design to any card game.

Customer reviews for Bicycle Huitzilopochtli Playing Cards
When you open the fan deck it's a show of colour.
But, in terms of the cards themselves? They are sublime, of course! The back and face designs are absolutely exquisite and they handle, like all air-cushioned Bicycle decks, like a dream! Perfect for those of us learning the art of prestidigitation. And when they, through those special moments, glide and slide right out of my less-than-adept hands to find one face up? Well! Then cardistry-turned-cartomancy lends to enhanced perspective, of course!
I am a Fool, after all. Like Kung Fu Panda...."there is now a Level Zero". Happy to be a cardistry noob handling your marvelous products. I'll be collecting them through your site, amidst my own prolonged Vanishing Act.
