Dark Tides Playing Cards

One of the coolest things about the custom playing card community is the fact that there truly are no rules.

Dark Tides Playing Cards began as a cool, vibrant t-shirt design before somehow taking on a life of its own and evolving into a full deck of playing cards featuring the skull and his eight tentacled friend Bert.

What makes it really awesome was that it wasn't just designed by card magicians and cardistry fans either. In fact, the awesome members of the r/Octopus and r/Pirates subreddits on Reddit helped bring this this amazing custom deck of cards to life.

• The number cards two-way and feature different aquatic animals to make the cards easier to do card magic tricks or play card games with
• The Aces features large central pips
• The Jokers, the stars of the deck, feature the image responsible for bringing these cards to life
• The court cards feature 4 unique and creative King, Queen and Jack designs
• Printed by USPCC

Dark Tides Playing Cards are being dedicated to the memory of Artist Alexander Adams who contributed to the early stages of the design but sadly passed away before they were completed.
