Pinocchio Vermilion Playing Cards were created as part of a special project retracing the most pivotal moments in Carlo Collodi’s acclaimed children’s novel.
FIRE-EATER'S DECK
Featuring a dominant red hue and ominous back design focused on the evil character of Mangiafuoco (which translates literally from Italian to mean “Fire-Eater”), the darkest moments of the world’s most famous marionette are brought to life by artist Elettra Deganello’s debut in the world of playing cards.
Each of the 56 gorgeously illustrated cards are 100% custom-designed to represent the story’s most perilous situations from the puppeteer to the circus. Printed using metallic inks by the USPCC, with elaborate foiled tuck cases designed on colored paper by Gambler’s Warehouse, this deck offers functionality for the magician or cardist while also being a must-have collector’s item for any fan of The Adventures of Pinocchio.
