I'm probably biased being a committed fan of the NOC range and especially the PROs. But when these two decks dropped through my door today it was difficult not to feel that buzz of excitement I felt when I bought my first NOC PROs. These decks are brilliant, what more can I say. The quality is what you'd expect, the colours are simply stunning, the handling is exceptional and once again Alex Pandrea has surprised and delighted us with more of his awesome designs. The clean lines, simplicity of the marking system and the bright summer colours will all play their part over this summer - outstanding.

Not worth $10. The quality is not like the single border solid color NOC's. Very cheaply made and cheap feeling.
