I bought this purely on the basis of an answer to a question on the product page that said that the thread was clear. Unfortunately, it is not clear. The thread is black... exactly the same colour as the thread I already have and for which I paid a fraction of the price. I thought I'd check out the website provided with the instructions (www.bruno-copin.com). No joy there as the server cannot be found! I'm afraid I cannot recommend this product at this price.
