Hi, Does this rope have the centor cored removed? If not, how close is it compared to the ones that have the core removed? I normally perform a version similar to Daryl's rope routine and like using a bright yellow instead of white but want to make sure I have a really good quality rope.

There is no core in this rope. Daryl's rope was a cotton type of rope but this rope will work too.

High quality rope. Uniform color. Ideal for all your favorite rope routines.
