18in Silk by Gosh (Assorted Colors)

Not the most high quality silk in the world. But for the money, it works fine… It does exactly what I need it to, and it will last as long as I’d expect something at this price point to last. I’ll probably have to pick up a few extra just in case they don’t last.

For the price, these silks really can't be beat. I've purchased several over the years, and excluding intentional destruction (slicing, shredding, burning, etc), these silks stand the test of time.
The 9x9 inch are the perfect size for use with the Vernet Classic Thumb tip, and using the smaller ones (6×6), and a bigger thumb tip (like an XL) allows one to vanish and/or produce multiple silks.
I still carry one over 15 years old, signed, marked, and initialed by many spectators who demanded I demonstrate the "Blood-red Hankey of DEATH"...
These little silks are well worth the price, and inexpensive enough to replace when necessary.

I agree with Thomas these silks for their price can't be beat. They are great for thumb tips. The 6x6 are great for any thumb tip the larger silks only in larger thumb tips.
For this purpose the quality is great and as good as I have bought elsewhere in the past.
If you are looking for silks for purposes where you can't see what is wrapped in a silk, such as when forcing a card in that manner, these aren't what you need.
Personally I would recommend a visit to a nearby material store and buy what quality you want and make them to the size you want. Doing this you can make silks for all purposes and effect in a quality of material you want.
If you want a production silk these are what you are looking for.

I really enjoy silk magic and I believe that the 18'' silks are great for general productions and silk routines. They might just be a little small for knot effects. If you are careful, they can last years or even decades.

The quality of silks over the years I have used/purchased them has greatly fluctuated. These however are what I have wanted and needed for awhile. Do glad they have these and in so many colors and sizes. Quality and the price cannot be beat. Again, these are excellent.

The quality of the silks are decent. Just know that when you order the color Blue, you will end up with Purple.

This silk is lightweight, bright, and easy to handle. The 18-inch size feels very practical for productions, vanishes, or color changes, and it folds down small enough to carry. It's perfect. Highly recommended! :)
