C Life

Following up on his smash-hit "Switch Cup", Jerome Saulop is proud to introduce "C Life", a visual and cruelty-free way to make a live goldfish appear.
While Goldfish apperances are always incredibly magical and memorable, they have also always been quite impractical. They often used complicated setups that were difficult to prepare and potentially dangerous for the fish. That's why Jerome has spent many years creating "C Life."
This special gimmick is incredibly visual, easy to use and, most importantly, is very comfortable and safe for the fish. You can now concentrate on your performance instead of having to rush through your act with fear of something going wrong.
An empty glass of water sitting on a table is briefly covered with a handkerchief for just a fraction of a second before being removed to reveal a fish swimming in the glass. You can even hand to glass to your spectator, showing empty hands as you do. It really feels like a miracle.
The custom-designed "C-Life" gimmick can also be adapted to other objects such as a fan, a restaurant menu, a flag, an iPad, a transparent scarf or many other objects. So, you'll be able to easily modify the routine to ensure it fits your act.
What you get:
- Super durable polycarbonate glass
- Special custom-made gimmicks
- A scarf

Frank asks: Any plans to create an artificial, mechanical realistic looking fish as an add-on ? That would be such an amazing prop not only for this trick. I've been searching the interwebs for a prop like that to no avail.
- 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:Not at this time
Michael asks: Could this be used to produce something other than a live Fish ?
- 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:It can be used to produce anything that will fit in the gimmick.
Zachary asks: The one review says about the black backdrop: "it is a non-issue as long as you don't stand right behind it" but there only seems to be one video (in the group of 4 vids at once) that show a non-black background and he IS standing right behind it. I'm a bit confused, so my question is: Can this be done in say a home, with regular lighting and no backdrop? I'm envisioning a birthday party with a goldfish give-away, in place of a balloon-to-dove production.
Alessandra asks: Does it require a black background?
- 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:You do not need a black background but it is helpful.
Bill asks: Will the gimmick glow or become visible under a blacklight?
- 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:There is a chance but only if the light is directly on the gimmick.
Bill asks: Can the gimmick be used in a different glass? And what makes it cruelty free?
- 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:If you can find a glass that holds the gimmick, it's possible. Cruelty-free means that the fish is comfortable and safe throughout the effect.
ALEXIS DIMITRIS asks: I don't want to use real animals in my show, with that Is the "fish" included in the package ? Or I have to buy a real fish ?
- 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:You would have to buy a real fish to use with the gimmick. No animals are included with the package.
