This is just a fun trick to do and a great audience fooler. You get everything you need and the instructions are excellent. A member of your audience selects a dinner from the menu you provide and they have many choices. When all is decided they member has an option of choosing two percentages for a tip. Whatever they choose you provide the exact amount of the meal plus the tip. Great for parlour. I act as a sophisticated waiter with a napkin draped over my arm. Just a really good trick. If you want to have a lot of fun with your audience this is the one.
