Fast Forward

The classic baby gag kicker gets a super-charged modern upgrade with an eye-popping new visual element designed by Victor Sanz and João Miranda.
"Fast Forward" isn't just a new gimmick or simple trick. It's a full-blown, road-tested routine packed with comedy, audience engagement, and an impossible visual change that will leave them stunned. As magicians at Blackpool learned, "Fast Forward" is very fooling.
They pick a number between 1 and 10 and see what celebrity is associated with it. You then bring out your prediction. It's a photo of the celebrity...as a baby!
After the laughs (or groans) subside, the real fun begins. You flip the photo over and invite them to press the "fast forward" symbol on the back. The photo is then flipped back over to reveal the baby has instantly "grown up" into the celebrity they chose.
- Very easy to do
- Super fooling
- No sleight of hand
- Guaranteed crowd pleaser
- Packs flat, plays huge
- Works close up or on stage
- Comes with multiple final reveals
"Fast Forward" is a ton of fun to perform, and never fails to get a big reaction. This routine isn't restricted to parlor and stage either, it was carefully designed to be portable and practical enough for close-up workers too.
Your magician friends are going to be fried too, because they genuinely can choose any number between 1 and 10. Yet you'll always be able to force whichever final reveal you want. This is not some weird counting procedure either. It's a super clever and practical gimmick that allows you to easily force the celebrity you need.
You'll receive three different final reveals (Tom Cruise, Margot Robbie, and Mr. Beast), as well as custom gimmicked envelopes that help make the magic happen. Each one was handcrafted by João Miranda Magic in Portgual to ensure they will last you countless uses.
Customer reviews for Fast Forward
The trick is clever and will fool people.
The only objection that I have is that the photo(s) are not perfectly clear and crisp, which is child's play in this day and age. I suspect much smaller photos were expanded via Photoshop/Gimp/whatever and this accounts for the clarity issue.
It's this clarity that prevented me from giving this trick an excellent rating.
And as a hint to magic manufacturers' please have someone above the age of 60 test out your products before you mass manufacture. The slickness of the photo backing makes the trick a little difficult for me to do, as I have incredibly dry skin.
One negative, but is just for me, I'm going to replace the Mr Beast photo with somebody else.
About the price, maybe is expansive but the gimmicks are vey well made and work perfectly, so money well spent.
Maybe you can ear a little sound when you perform it but I can tell you, it's inaudible in real world enviroment.
Highly reccomanded if you want to perfom a fun little routine.
