Giuseppe asks: Is this the same thing as a palmo? I've been looking for one forever to do a certain routine by Pop Haydn but they are impossible to find

- 2. Chris responds:Hank ball has one hole and is enclosed on the other end. Palmo is more like a dye tube that has an opening on each end.
