An ingenious electronic magic gadget that enables you to easily perform impossible miracles with nothing more than an ordinary-looking Sharpie marker.

Partnering with Alakazam Magic and João Miranda—the king of creating premium high-tech magic gadgets—Mozique presents “Intuition.” More than a year was spent meticulously designing every aspect of this state-of-the-art electronic magnetic detection system to ensure it fits neatly inside a sharpie marker that actually works.

Yup, you read that correctly. Since “Intuition” writes normally, you can carry it with you anywhere and use it as usual in any routine involving a sharpie (like signing a playing card). The spectator can freely handle the sharpie without you needing to worry about anything.

The power held within this incredibly organic prop is truly intoxicating. By simply using the sharpie as a “pointer” or “magic wand”, you unlock the ability to perform miracles with expert precision and accuracy at any time. Easily take many of your favorite routines, from “Which Hand” to “Bank Night”, “Smash and Stab” and others, to new heights with “Intuition”.

Key Details about “Intuition"

  • Remarkable range, even with smaller magnets
  • One of the most effective and affordable devices of its kind on the market
  • Entire mechanism is cleverly hidden in plain sight
  • Practical and invisible ON/OFF without needing to open the marker
  • Rechargeable battery that will last up to 300 performances
  • Haptic low-battery indicator

You'll also learn six amazing effects that take full advantage of “Intuition":

  • Phone Smash - An effect where you borrow a phone and seal it in an envelope that is then mixed in with a variety of identical envelopes. You then proceed to smash all the envelopes with a hammer, ending with one envelope that is safely holding the unharmed phone.
  • Needle Stab - A super portable close-up magic version of the classic “Smash and Stab” effect using small paper cups and needles. The entire routine can fit in your pocket, making it the perfect companion for table-hopping magicians.
  • Chocolate Finder - A great effect for children’s magic performers where your able to correctly guess which cup a piece of chocolate is hidden under by following the sound of the child helper’s voice.
  • Envelope divination - An amazing mentalism trick where, while blindfolded, you are able to correctly predict in which envelope the name of a person that is important to the spectator is written.
  • Instant stooge - An insanely strong routine in which the spectator impossibly guesses where a signed card is.
  • Spelling card - Four cards are placed face-up on the table and, with your back turned, the spectator places a coin under any of the playing cards. With perfect accuracy, you’re always able to guess where the coin is.

Please Note: The instruction video teaches you how to perform these variations of popular magic tricks using the “Intuition” gimmick. Most of them require additional accessories like envelopes, playing cards, coins and hammers. These are not included with your purchase, but are easily accessible at most stores. You may even already own most of them.

I’m not happy with it at all. few times I turned it on and after performing a trick prior to it it just turned off and I couldn’t perform an effect. Also some times it takes a long time to find an iPhone in the envelope I have to wave it around the envelope for it to actually feel the iPhone and start working before I tell in which envelope phone was. And trust me it just looks stupid cuz I’m supposed to just write a number and I stood there pretending that I’m thinking of what number I’d like to write on it and on which part of envelope. Another thing is that it doesn’t even want to recognize Samsung it works a bit better with iPhone but other phones it only starts to work when you over certain spots over the phone.
If you use regular half dollars or silver of course it won’t work so for 200$ it’s just a stupid invention. Don’t waste your money.

I've used this product for about 6 months and I strongly suggest you do research before purchasing a magnetic detector.

My issues with this product:

No physical On/Off switch. This is a big issue for me. The pen is turned on by a magnetic detection. However, many metal objects contain some degree of magetism so technically the product could activate when its in proximity to anything metal. I placed the pen next to a pocket knife and it would go haywire (buzzing randomly) in my pocket. It was so bad I ditched the whole routine mid-performance. Additionally, you are instructed to only charge the device when it tells you to by a certain vibration pattern. This means that the product could die and fail mid- performance. The instructions gave ZERO information on the battery capacity. How long does each charge last? This is not addressed.

There is also a big design issue regarding the ink fumes. You are instructed to completey dismantle the product after each performance. This is fine however they still mention that fumes could disrupt the technology. No other devices on the market have this issue.

Overall, this product seems like its production was rushed. A simple on/off switch would make the product better. Additionally, they need to fix the ink fume issue completely. I recommend you explore other products before selecting Intuition. 4/10

After only owning this for a few months, the battery seems to die quickly and frequently. It's not simple to turn on and off, and for me personally, I've had several instances where it seemed to be working properly (yes I followed the strict instructions to dismantle it so the fumes don't damage the mechanism) only to find minutes later mid-performance that it has either switched off or died completely. Sadly I was one of the people who spent way too much money on this effect only to be stuck with a difficult to manage, hardly working piece of junk.

Beware.
