What is the best way to store the rabbit?

In the packaging that it comes in to make sure that it stays nice and flat.

Good day How long does it keep being able to transform? In other words, does the cloth memory wear out?

I have never had the rabbit, but I have had several similar paper cranes. They do wear out after about a year. They will partially fold, but some of the creases get pretty floppy and wont fall into place. It is a nice effect and worth replacing once a year or so.

What material is this made from? Cloth? Tyvek? Paper? The skin of dwarves?

It is made from a composite material which is a hybrid of polymer, cloth and tyvek.

Can you hand out the rabbit after the trick?

It's not very ridged so you may not want to but you can if you want to.
