New larger version now available!

A first-day sellout at Blackpool! "Prime Box" by George Iglesias is a powerful magic tool disguised as an ordinary-looking shipping box.

New larger "Super Big" version now available!

You show an empty box. The lid is then closed and you make a magical gesture. When it is opened again, the box is now filled with whatever product or item you want.

And the best part? The box is now examinable.

Other ideas include having someone pick an item on Amazon and then having it appear in the box like a truly magical version of Amazon Prime Delivery. You can also use the box to instantly complete a return/exchange for a "wrong item" or make a birthday gift appear.

There's even a super clever confabulation routine where a celebrity, retail store and item are chosen. The box is then shown to be addressed to the celebrity and there is a gift receipt from the store inside, as well as a gift box which is revealed contain the chosen item.

These are just some of the countless amazing uses for "Prime Box".

"Prime Box" comes in three different sizes (small: 8in x 7in x 4.7in | large: 11.8in x 7.9in x 5.9in | super big: 13.8in x 9.8in x 9.8in) and includes several different stickers (Amazon, DHL, FedEx, and Fragile). You can even add your own design.

This specially-designed box creates the perfect optical illusion of being empty while concealing objects. It is made out of thick cardboard that is sturdy and durable while also remaining super easy to assemble and disassemble.

Comes with the box + special gimmick, as well as a set of stickers and an instructional video.

Bonus

As an extra bonus, you'll also receive a special $30 discount coupon for the magic app "AnyWeb". "AnyWeb" allows you to force items from popular websites like Netflix, Ebay, Facebook, Instagram, Wikipedia and Amazon. It's the perfect complement to "Prime Box", especially for the "Instant Amazon Prime" routine mentioned earlier.

PLEASE NOTE: This coupon is a manufacturer's coupon that is only valid when you purchase the app directly from Magic Pro Ideas. It will not work if you attempt to use it with Vanishing Inc. or any other dealer.

Customer reviews for Prime Box

James
Wonderful effect... It does take a little work putting it together but it's well worth it. Take your time
Patrick
Brilliant. Nice trick, simple handling and method. And very deceptive. I first used it for a kid's birthday party where I 'forgot' their present, but then made one magically appear from the box. The kids were amazed, and even the adults fooled completely. For context: I'm only a hobbyist, and I found this very easy to perform.

One piece of advice: I found that using contract cement (to assemble the box, which arrives flat packed) does not work very well. Using something like double-sided Gorilla super-glue tape did the trick for me, and also is much easier to work with.

Have a question about this product? It's possible others do too. Ask here and other Vanishing Inc. Magic customers will be able to respond with assistance! Alternatively, email us and we can help too.

  • Michael asks: Can it be done surrounded as part of a street show or trade show act?

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:Yes this can be performed surrounded
  • Eoin asks: What size is the chamber on each of the three sizes? How big are the items you can make appear?

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:small: 8in x 7in x 4.7in | large: 11.8in x 7.9in x 5.9in | super big: 13.8in x 9.8in x 9.8in
  • Erica asks: How big is the small size?

    • 1. Don responds:Considering the raised flaps.I cannot mention other dealers, but the nesting coke cans ,also appearing teddy bear which self inflates could really blow the minds of every one.Even magicians.Sponge cupcakes or donuts which I believe this store carries.Fill the table full.Put stuff in a basket to take to the car after the show so people assume it doesn't collapse.
    • 2. Don responds:Okay.Load size.I can't explain the methods. But say the small box is about 8 inches square and slightly over 4 inches tall.Believe it or not,the "gimmick" is just a 1 inch below the top but the flaps are cut differently than any other box.So you could lay coke cans inside and produce a 6 pack. But if you want to hand the box out,you must produce one more small flat item. The gimmick is removed in front of every one.You may want to empty the cans except one or it will be too heavy.Or use multiplying cans. That gives more load space.Multipling melons are thick and will push up the gimmick so they should be rolled up and maybe an empty fruit cocktail can could hold it closed.Avoid large nesting items like multiplying bottles.Too common and hard to separate horizontal.Load size is basically size of box minus 1 or 1 1/2 inch when laid on size.
  • Bruce asks: How quick is the reset for the Prime Box?

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:The reset is quite quick however you wouldn’t be able to do this in sight of anybody
  • Patrick asks: Presumably it's just normal cardboard in terms of materials. Can anyone comment on how durable it is over multiple uses (especially if re-packing flat during transport). I'm a bit worried that after a few uses it'll look like the delivery driver threw it over the fence.

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:While it is made of cardboard, the box will last a while. It is recommended to keep it in a bag or case when not in use and to never use any dirty or wet items in the chamber. But with these things in mind, your box will last you hundreds of performances.
  • Treven asks: Once we see and purchase the effect, is this something easily made at home with our own supplies?

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:You are supplied with everything you need.
  • John asks: How easy is this to tear down for travel? (Thinking of the Amaze Kraft Box)…

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:Once set up with tape it will be like a normal box to pack down
  • Jeffrey asks: How examinable is the box after?

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:It’s okay to have a look inside but I wouldn’t hand this out
  • Jorge asks: I would like to use this effect in a talk or conference about books and literature (and of course making some books to appear). Would it work in that way? ¿is it possible to make appear several books?

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds:Depending on the size of the books, you could probably make 2-3 books appear.
  • Marlin asks: Does Prime Box have some of the same types of angle issue problems as props like Tip-Over boxes? I work in settings where I commonly have people at very wide angles, (often about 180 degrees) and as close as 4 or 5 feet in front of me. Promo videos of items like this always show the effect only from perfectly straight-on/perfect viewing condition. I love the effect, but if this shares similar issues as Tip Over boxes, it would be unusable for me. Thanks!

    • 1. Marlin responds:Never mind! As soon as I posted question, a similar previous question popped up which had not shown before when I looked. Unfortunately, there is no option to delete question once posted.
