can it be washed without the colors bleeding into the next with many silks colors run ?

I can't make any guarantees on this, as I am not willing to experiment on a set.

Is it just the streamer itself or does it also come with the silk bloom and waterfall as well?

This is only the final display silk streamer.

How long is the silk?

I don't have a measuring tool handy, but I would estimate more than 24 feet.
