Reel Sharp is essentially a low end Covert Reel in a Sharpie. Its a useful ITR to have handy as this can be hidden in plain sight and the set up is pretty simple. The tension on the ITR can be a little fiddly than most, but after some familiarity, users will find this a suitable addition to any IT work.

I'm finding this "reel" fiddly. Keeps breaking and I can't get the tension back, spending hours trying to get working again with no luck. Not able to get it to work.

I bought it with some knowledge regarding reels from the past. The thread is quite finnicky, aswell as the wax not being as advertised. Instead of the one in the trailer you get a big blob of it which can't really be taken off or be reduced without risking to loose the thread after which the big search starts. The reel idea itself is great, just the execution not really on par.

the reel is good for basic tricks but when the line breaks it becomes difficult to adjust the tension but after a few tries it's still good.

Great IT, the video he shows how to re thread followed by many great fun routines demonstrations followed by tutorials not spoken just background music, but very easy to follow and very easy to understand he also uses thicker cord so you can see how to use this and how to manipulate the IT This is so worth getting especially if your new to magic as you can have and use this pen with almost any outfit weather it's sleeveless and shorts or by wearing a jacket or a suit which makes this perfect to use.
