Super cool....when they work as expected. I really like these and so do the children's, However they seem to go off prematurely at the worst times due to the light element slipping. So when I get a pair I generally will need to tape or glue the light in place so they don't slip.

I was hoping it would be more like D'lite. It's similar but not quite, the inserts wobble around and aren't as easy to remove and put back on during a performance because of the wobbling. The outside is also longer and it just feels all around less deceptive than D'lite.
On the up side the light is very bright.

This effect is better for stage and parlour than walk around.

These are good replacements if you need them. They work well but unfortunately replacing the battery is not a good idea as you probably will damage the gimmick. It was a little more difficult putting the thumb in as there is some sliding movement involved. But if you take your time and fully understand how they work they are good. Recommended as a backup pair. B+++++++++++
