Spring Production Birdcage

The magician enters the stage and shows a foulard or silk to be empty on both sides. They drape it over their left hand and immediately produce a medium-sized birdcage, which can then be shown on both sides again.

This is just a basic routine that can be performed with this cage. It can be produced in many different ways!

Use it with a production prop like a square circle, or if you are comfortable with body loads and other techniques that require skill, you can produce it in a variety of ways.
