WIll a regular Sherpa Pen work, or just the cover? Is there a difference?

What's "sherpa version" mean? You have to have a specific pen to do this?

It means that it will only work with a Sharpie that has a Sherpa Pen cover on it.

Yes. This is the Sherpa Through Card which means that you would need to purchase a Sherpa pen separately.

Also is this a normal standard bicycle back (red) or is it just a other red back card

The one I have is normal Bicycle.
