Stand Up Monte is an absolute stunner, one of the strongest pieces of magic in my repertoire. While it took me a few days to get the handling down initially, it has been more than worth the time and investment.
More than a few people have told me it's the best trick they've ever seen me perform, which is why I make a point to perform it as often as possible. Because of its frequent use, I occasionally need a refill due to natural wear and tear, but that’s a small price to pay for such a high-impact effect.
It’s also extremely practical. The routine doesn’t require much pocket space at all - four cards start in one pocket and two in another - making it perfect for walk-around and impromptu performances.
