Is there somewhere on our VI account that we can access the Zoom information to join the Jam? I didn’t see anything come through by email, so wondered if the join link is somewhere in our account. Thanks!

I received an email reminder 10 minutes before it started. I noticed there's a tickbox beside "Email me before each lecture airs" at the bottom of page when you're logged into your account when you click on "Masterclass" then "Access your Masterclass". Maybe see if that is ticked or not.

Thank you for the heads up Brian! I do have that box checked, but for some reason I never received the email (also checked my spam). Was the sender on the email listed as Vanishing Inc, or did it come from Zoom (so I know for next time). Thanks!

Sender I received the email from was the typical: magic@vanishingincmagic.com. Not sure what happened. That area I noted above says "Alternatively, visit this page on the day of the lecture and you'll see a link to watch it live." so try heading there for the next lecture if you're still not receiving an email notification.

I received the email with the link again at around 15 minutes before the lecture. Unfortunately, the VI Studio only has the previous week's Jam session posted as at 6pm (even though the page says to visit this page on the lecture date to see a link to watch it live). If you don't receive the link via email, I'm not sure how you would access this week's Jam session. Sorry I can't help further.
