Fortune Cookies and Fame

By Jonathan Friedman -

Both ends of a chopstick are held in place as a fortune cookie is delicately balanced on top of it. In a manner that would make both Mr. Miyagi and The Keebler Elves blush, the cookie is crumbled inside the performer’s magic hand. When the hand is removed, the fortune inside of the cookie is now in a very impossible place. It’s impaled on the middle of the chopstick … all while both ends were held on to tighter than the last Crab Rangoon on the dinner plate.
